Our Factory

Zhonglin Industry Co., Ltd. a large–scale company specializes in manufacturing an entire range of leaf spring assemblies for different kinds of vehicles ranging from trucks, trailers, agriculture vehicles, to light or heavy-duty vehicles. The company is located in Longyan City, the west of Fujian, China. It takes about 2 hours by car or one and a half hours by bullet train from the Xiamen to the company. The traffic is convenient and the surrounding environment is very suitable.Through more than 30 years of effort, the company has produced advanced automobile spring leaf assemblies and production lines, superior testing equipment and powerful technical force, perfect sales channel and obtained ISO9001:2000 Quality System Authentication Certification. Now the company has a monthly output of more than 1500 tons of leaf springs.

Production Equipment

Zhonglin also has a state of the artfully computerised Taper Rolling machine for the manufacture of Parabolic springs, especially LBZ 220 automatic long tapered machine.Leaves are heated in a Furnace and passed on the taper rolling mill, where the parabolic curve is created on the leaves.This operation is fully controlled by the Computer, in which the parabolic co-ordinates are stored.Zhonglin leaf spring is fine and durable. The products are popular at home and abroad. We have explored the overseas market and our products are widely used in Southeast Asia,MIDDLE EAST, SOUTH AMERICA, AFRICA, EUROPE, more than 40 countries.
