It consists of several steel plates of unequal length and curvature, and the ends naturally bend upwards after installation. The role of automobile spring steel plate: when the road faces the impact of the wheel, the steel plate will be deformed, which plays the role of cushioning vibration reduction, and also plays the role of guiding force transmission when longitudinal arrangement. It also has a longitudinal guide and force transmission function. Leaf springs are one of the most widely used elastic elements in automotive suspensions. It is an elastic beam of approximately equal strength composed of several alloy spring plates of equal width and length (equal or unequal thickness). When leaf springs are installed in a car suspension, when the vertical load is positive, all leaf springs are deformed and tend to bend upwards. At this point, the axle and frame are close to each other. When the axle is far away from the frame, the positive vertical load and deformation of the leaf spring will gradually decrease, sometimes even in reverse. The main coil ear is severely stressed and is a weak point. In order to improve the force of the main coil ear, the end of the second piece is often bent into the coil ear and wound around the outside of the main coil ear, called the ear. In order for each piece to slide relative to each other during elastic deformation, a large gap is left between the main and second lugs. In some suspensions, the ends of the leaf springs are not rolled lugs, but other support connections, such as rubber support pads. The flat rectangular steel plate is arc-shaped, and several chassis springs are stacked on it, one end of the spring is mounted on the hanger with a pin, and the other end is connected to the girder with lifting lugs, so that the spring can be retracted.
