The general lubrication method is that new cars should be lubricated at the end of the break-in period and during summer and winter use. During the lubrication operation, first remove the leaf spring, open the center through bolt, spread the steel plate, and then evenly apply lithium-based grease or graphite grease on both sides of the steel plate, and form an oil film between the two friction surfaces after reassembly (only need to replace one broken block to complete the lubrication operation of a set of leaf springs).

The lubrication time should be quarterly in the south and semi-annually in the north.
